Yesterday afternoon, the Washington Capitals unfortunately put Nicolas Aubé-Kubel on waivers. This morning Kubel cleared, he will report to the Hershey Bears (AHL). Ironically enough, the Hershey Bears will play against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms tomorrow at 1:05 PM in Lehigh Valley.
