6’4 senior guard A.J. Hoggard of the Michigan State Spartans is one of the best point guards in college basketball and was named today to the 2023-2024 Preseason All-Big Ten Team. The PA native is a tough guard with good ball handling skills who does a good job getting downhill to the rim and creating for himself and others.
