Breaking down Olympic lifts into manageable steps. ⁠ ⁠ First our athletes must work on mobility and master the squat and deadlift.⁠ ⁠ Then they begin to work on each step with the stick until they are able to put them all together seamlessly with proper form. ⁠ ⁠ After much practice and repetition, they will begin working with a barbell. ⁠ ⁠ Skill mastery without the injury.
