I’m doing a mile time trial on Wednesday. I’ve been training so well for so long now and want to showcase some fitness! Anyway here is my recap of work from last week. Monday: am 6 mile run, pm 5 mile run Tuesday: am 3 mile shakeout, pm 12 miles with threshold workout, lift Wednesday: am 6 mile run, pm 5 mile run Thursday: am 10 mile medium long run Friday: am 3 mile shakeout, pm 9 miles with hills workout, lift Saturday: 4 mile easy jog Sunday: 7 mile easy jog Weekly Total: 70 miles 📸 pacephoto
