A focus on sustainability. #Yale #NewHaven Cross Campus was abuzz with activity as several student and university groups invited the community to learn about some of Yale’s many sustainability efforts. Among the organizations at this sustainability expo Friday was Common Closet, which collects donated and consigned clothes and also holds pop-up thrifting events. The student-run organization donates proceeds and unsold items to New Haven area non-profits. Expo visitors also had the chance to plant ivy, bulbs, and other vegetation with master gardeners from Yale Landscape and Grounds. #CelebrateSustainability @yalesustainability @commonclosetyale 🎥: @zoe.video
