Hey Team! š This week's workouts are a bit unique and tons of fun! šļøāāļø On Monday, we've got a 40-minute walking and strength workout. Originally 60 minutes, but the camera decided to overheat and turn off after 41 minutes ā interesting twist! š Tuesday and Thursday bring you at-home "talking" workouts. Wednesday is all about strength, using bodyweight for one exercise and then adding some weight to spice things up.
