In my bad phases, I’m feeling a sense of being stuck. Constantly thinking I’m a failure, wanting to give up, and then the really dangerous thoughts come in. I start feeling so much anxiety that it’s hard to breathe. But I always have that good side of my head talking to me. Even in my worst moments, it tells me “it’s okay what your feeling, but you are not a failure, you are human.” It helps but what takes the cake is a quote I heard from a motivational speaker.
