- food was pretty good. everyday was same same but different. just enough variety for the 10-14 days
- high protein each meal. no carbs first meal of the day (protein, fats, apple), decent carbs lunch (nap afternoon), lots of carbs with dinner (carb loading)
- carbs sticking to rice based (no gluten)
- halal section lamb rack was 🔥
- strangely enough pizza hut wings were tastier than KFC wings
- distilled water had me problem solving for mineral water
- had about 2 apples a day
- they stopped serving apples one day, asked what’s going on and they pulled some out from the back
