Let’s show some πŸ’™πŸ§‘πŸ’— to our new friend Tricia. Tricia Quartey-Sagaille has always been passionate about healthcare. The daughter of a nurse and a podiatrist, she found her calling in dentistry. She has her own practice, Noble Dental Care, in Park Slope, Brooklyn, where she focuses on health education, particularly for Black women. Tricia believes there should be greater awareness of Black maternal health issues including infertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and new motherhood. She runs with Shoe4Africa, an organization that works to empower African women and children through healthcare, and an official charity partner of NYRR. β€œI’m running for Black maternal health,” she said. β€œAs a new mom, I want to run to honor my child.” Tricia is a part of #TeamInspire at the 2023 #TCSNYCMarathon, a diverse group of runners whose stories capture the power of running to change lives. Stay tuned on our social channels for more #TeamInspire stories as November 5 approaches and learn more about...
