Player Rep Responsibilities: ▫Be the voice of your locker room to address player concerns and needs with the union ▫Uphold the CBA and alert of potential violations ▫Assist with collection of dues Connect teammates to USFLPA for grievances and/or workers comp related issues ▫Encourage use of league resources and programs, particularly within benefits package ▫Advance league policies and the #USFLPA mission
