LaphonzaButler has made an indelible mark in history by assuming the role left vacant by the late Senator Dianne Feinstein. Notably, she becomes the third Black woman to ever serve in the U.S. Senate, following in the footsteps of Vice President Kamala Harris and Illinois Senator Carol Mosley Braun.
