Do you ever have a practice where things are just…off? That’s OK - we do too. And guess what? So do all the athletes you look up to. Nobody can be 100% “on” 100% of the time. As coach_christen reminds us, “A bad practice does not define your future, and tomorrow is a new day.” Maybe you have a lot on your mind from school. Maybe you have your period (yup, we went there!). Maybe it’s just not your day. If you only have 80% to give, give that 80%. If you only have 40% to give, give that 40%!
