In every top team's boardroom, there's a switch in a glass box, sitting in the corner. Above it reads: "The Wavy Dial". No one dares touch it. However, just one day a year, executives allow the marketing team to lift off the lid and turn up the wavy dial, if only slightly. That day is known as "Third Kit Day".
