Our team of summer interns recently spent a couple days as a group learning about EagleBank beyond the scope of their individual assignments. ☀️ For one day, they visited our Bournefield office and heard from each department in Banking Operations and Community Banking. The next day was spent on the move following the Management Loan Committee as Ryan Riel took the group on a fabulous tour to several of our clients. They saw the East-West Towers Office Building, the construction site for the St. Elmo Apartments, and The Parks at Walter Reed (theparksdc), where they learned how our team believed in and backed the vision for the community over 10 years ago. As noted by intern Sara Mercer, "Witnessing an active construction site showcased the complexity of the bank-funded projects and left a profound impact on me.
