Tres Leches Cake a mini version 🍓 So good and cute! I just make my regular tres leches cake recipe and cut cake rounds with a cookie cutter, and assemble it like this. The acetate helps to keep the liquid in so the cake has a chance to soak it. Leave it in the fridge for a few hours before removing the acetate and spreading the whipped cream around.
