This is a petition i started for a childhood friend of mine. The media and the police are painting him to be a murder when that wasn’t the case. This young,loving, caring and family man was doing what he had to do to protect his family. They claim he was a murder but he wasn’t. His house was robbed and his wife and kids were tied up and he was getting beat, now because the one of the 4 suspects were murder they want to charge him with second degree murder even though new hampshire is a stand your ground state. He did what anyone of us would do if we’re were in the same situation. Please sign this petition because he doesn’t deserve to sit in jail. They claim he was a fugitive from justice but yet he asked for permission to leave and gave the police all the contact information and the location where he was going to be staying at.
