A new multi-level parking facility will provide high-density parking for students, faculty, staff, alumni, visitors, athletic functions and prospective students on campus tours. These concept renderings are provided by Jenkins Peer Architects. Construction is planned to begin June 2025 with a completion date of December 2026 and will be located near the newly aligned Williamson Road to the east and Perimeter Road to the south. The Clemson Board of Trustees provided the initial approval for the design and construction of Phase 1 for an on-campus parking garage last week during their 2023 Fall Quarterly Meeting.
