Try these 3 tips to finally succeed in the gym: 1️⃣ Start with 2-3 workouts a week for 20-30 minutes and build on that habit for 2 weeks, then make it harder. Consistency is key. Start small and gradually increase the intensity. 2️⃣ Can’t make it to the gym? No problem! Crank out a set of push-ups or squats. When in doubt, do 20 kneeling push-ups or 20 squats. Feel motivated? Do both! No excuses, just keep moving. 3️⃣ Just show up. Everyone’s life is busy, but stay disciplined instead of motivated, and you’ll build consistency. Commitment beats motivation every time.
