Consistency is an art and it starts with simplicity. Here are 2 action steps YOU can take TODAY to develop consistency and become successful in the gym.
✅ If you have difficulty completing workouts then shorten your workouts to make them less of a task (most people use the excuse that they don’t have time for the gym. Many of my workouts are 25-30 min or less)
✅ Schedule them into your calendar and treat it like a business meeting. I like to schedule gym “meetings” with my friends to stay accountable.
