Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake 😮💨 if you watch my stories you probably know I’m obsessed with a pumpkin protein shake from my gym. You can make it at home with canned pumpkin and this is a great hack for saving and using up pumpkin purée if you have some left over after baking.

Freeze canned pumpkin puree (not pie filling) in ice cube trays until solid. Store in a ziplock bag for smoothies or defrost for baking.

PUMPKIN PROTEIN SHAKE
3 frozen pumpkin ice cubes
1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder, (my favorite is
@1stphorm vanilla ice cream protein powder)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
