Dearborn Decades 5k ✅🏁🏃🏾🥇 . . . First race of the year in a new age bracket (35-40) and came 1st place in my age group, 4th overall. Pretty good, but not my ideal race time, especially knowing the shape I’m in. Physically exhausted before even making it to the start line, but saw it through to the end off less than 4 hours of sleep. It’s tough hanging out late the night before a race. That fine balance between having a social life & running 🤷🏾‍♂️. However, I enjoyed myself with my lady & friends at the FitMental BBQ and the dnice Club Quarantine Concert. 🏁🏁🏁 #WeRun313 #LWoodsRoadToBerlinMarathon
