Cucumber Melon Cocktail (Makes 1) ◻️ 1/4 cup diced cucumber ◻️ ½ oz agave ◻️ 1 oz cantaloupe puree ◻️ 1 1/2 oz gin ◻️ Half lime ◻️ Splash sparkling water ◻️ Garnish: Cucumber, melon, edible flower 1. Add diced cucumber and agave to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add cantaloupe puree, gin, lime juice, and ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
