From her long silky brown hair to her bright red lips and strappy stilettos, Justice Lovato doesn’t look like the stereotypical lowrider. ⁠ ⁠ When they were teens, her now-husband turned her head with his lowrider Chevy S10 truck, which forever changed her life by inspiring Lovato to build her own. “Lowriding has been a reflection of our culture and heritage,” she says. “It's a representation of our individuality and expression put into our vehicle.”⁠ ⁠ In 2010, she started her own local car club called Enchanted Expressions, which is now open to everyone, regardless of the type of vehicle they drive or the person behind the wheel.
