Cooking for others is about expressing how much I love them. Cooking for myself is about reflection and reconnecting with what brings me peace. I’m currently reflecting on what was said to me the other day by someone who I often turn to for advice. He has already traveled this road years before I even knew this industry existed, and he has a habit of reminding me why I’m here and why I should keep going. With that said, I am excited to talk about my first project later this week.
