When I get told that ✍🏻 notes to my kids “isn’t parenting” or other negative crap, I’m drawn back to this message I received during the pandemic. Some days, I don’t think anyone reads my #DadLunchNotes…even my kids. But we make a difference - even if we don’t know who’s 👀 Even for #schoolcounselors at the middle, junior high, and high school levels. #backtoschool
