Expressed with pride, happiness, and a profound sense of community, working at Protiviti enables me to follow my passion of crafting innovative solutions to enhance business performance. During the early stages of my career at Protiviti, I faced challenges with depression and finding the appropriate medication was critical to my well-being. However, I still felt embarrassed. My hearing also declined, and I had to get hearing aids. I vividly recall the strong influence from a story that one of our Managing Directors shared about his own journey with depression. That narrative made me feel more at ease and helped normalize conversations about my own experiences. Protiviti supports me by fostering a sense of belonging among individuals who share similar challenges as my family.
