There were plenty of fireworks inside the court today, but the real headline came just minutes before the hearing began. A judge ruled Donald Trump and 16 other co-defendants will not have to go to trial in Fulton County, GA, on Oct 23. It’s still not clear when Trump and the 16 others will go to trial, but the big news is Fani Willis is going to have to break up this case instead of trying all 19 together in a massive trial.
