This weekend I learned the art of racing in the rain… with my hood open. This surprisingly is a super common thing for spec Miatas, but luckily the hood only flew open during a qualy and not a race. I am fortunate enough to have not cracked my windshield in the process, and to have been able to pull aside to safety as early on as I did. Big thank you to everyone who was able to help me!
