🤸🏾Improving BMU endurance can be difficult and one of the main reasons for a plateau in these can be the high impact on the shoulders from increasing the volume of such a demanding movement.
In this training piece, Nick Roberts (tag) had a BMU conditioning piece in which we added a TTB in between each BMU

You’ll notice that his swing in the TTB is actually quite exaggerated and this is a result of the momentum from the previous BMU. This means the force produced for the TTB will resemble the BMU more than a stand alone TTB. To simplify, we’ve got the time under tension of almost 12 BMU, a slightly reduced power output than 12 TTB and MUCH LESS strain on the shoulders.
