Thanks to the power of community, the Asian-run boba tea shop Teadori can keep its doors open for business in Pennsylvania.⁠ ⁠ After creating a GoFundMe to raise funds to pay the building's landlord, Teadori found that there was a supportive and willing community of boba lovers that wanted to share their support. Some patrons even ordered up to four times in one day.⁠ ⁠ In the end, Teadori managed to raise $10,000. The shop stays open.⁠ ⁠ “Sometimes you think that you’re alone, but you’re not really alone,” Atlas (owner of Teadori) told Onward State, an independent, student-run news outlet serving the Pennsylvania State University community. “All you have to do is reach out to the community and ask for help.
