Six year ago we posted our first youtube video! Everyone thought we were crazy and we were told we were trying to live out a pipe dream, and so many other remarks of doubt, but we knew we had to try! We promised to not give up on each other, on the mission, and most importantly help as many people as we possibly could that deserved their own personal trainer wherever they were. 6 years later and hundreds of millions of workouts provided to the world, I’m so glad we didn’t quit our daydream. We’ve gone through surviving being shot, moving studios, starting and running more businesses, a whole pregnancy workout journey filmed, a postpartum comeback to fitness filmed, raising a baby, and growing a team together and it’s all just reminded us how to never give up.
