How simple or complicated are you making it?
Follow the 3 steps:
- Eating enough protein
- Lifting weights 3x per week (challenging yourself!)
- Getting in your steps & cardio in a non I need to be dripping sweat every single day way
Start there, stay consistent, and then we get more specific.
PS you’ll never get bulky. The avoidance of weight training and eating enough is probably what’s keeping you stuck 🫶🏼
