This won’t be a popular opinion, but I still think Ryan Poles deserves to be GM of this team. Bears fans are in their feels right now with all the losing we’ve been dealing with so it’s clouding their judgment towards Ryan Poles. Has he made mistakes? Absolutely. Every GM has. However, I believe those mistakes are only getting magnified because the HC hiring was a miss. Was Ryan Poles forced to hire Eberflus? We’ll never truly know. Ryan Poles has given Flus more than enough talent to win more than just 1 game so far this season. I fully believe that if Poles hires somebody that actually knows what they’re doing, the Bears will be better. Current staff doesn’t know how to utilize their players & Its making the team look worse than it is. End of the day, the rebuild process was always going to take time (as much as I didn’t want to believe it.)
