Room transfers will open on Wednesday, September 6. 📆 To apply for a room change, log in to Roompact.com. After you have completed and submitted the room change form, you should have a reply within two weeks. Staff sends transfer acceptance emails on the first Wednesday of the month. If staff approves your transfer request, a new room will be assigned. You have three days to accept the transfer and another 48 hours to complete the move.
