Today, I broke the news that Donald Trump’s former attorney Ken Cheseboro cut a deal with the Fulton County DA in their election interference case against Trump. Here’s my report from earlier as we broke into programming to deliver the stunning development. Until today, we had expected a trial to get underway with jury selection. A trial that was expected to take 3-5 months. Instead, the DA now has not one but two key witnesses who were former Trump attorneys who are available to testify against him in his case when Trump goes on trial in Georgia.
