We are excited to see the grand opening of the brand new abford.lenox in Jefferson Chalmers along the Detroit East Riverfront, replacing the previously vacant Lenox Center after a decade. The project received financial support from Penske Corporation, who generously donated to the Jefferson Chalmers area Strategic Neighborhood Fund (SNF). SNF contributed $2.7 million towards this initiative, along with $4.5 million in City of Detroit bond funds.
