The resistance bands add a further challenge to your home workouts to help build strength in your glutes, abs and shoulders. 🌟
Here are some of my fav exercises using the Pilates bar for the glutes and legs. ➡️
Do 10 - 12 reps of each to complete around a 15 min workout!
1. Bent knee press
2. Straight leg lift
3. Straight leg rainbow
4. Side lying straight leg lift
5. Side lying circles
6. Frog press w/ upper body rotation
7. Straight leg pulses
8. Squat overhead press
Repeat on both sides
