On the minute work is a great way to practice some skills and get some hard focused work in when your time is on a budget! Here’s some fun barbell cycling practice that I did today to practice moving well with some speed. Short and sweet! . EMOM 5 12 deadlifts 6 thrusters 145lbs barbell (I used a shorty bar) .
