Cameron Crazies. UNC vs Duke. Gold Medal - World Sports Photography Awards 2023 It has been over 15 years since I entered a photo contest. It is just something that I never felt I needed to validate what I do and the level that I work in day in and day out. Despite my personal feelings of self doubt, imposter syndrome and the like I also am acutely aware of what I am capable of creating and the abilities that I have with a camera in my hands. So when I saw a call for entires for the worldsportsphotographyawards I decided on a whim…and on the day of the deadline…to put a handful of images together and submit.
