🌬Change your breath pattern. Exhale when you lower the legs and lift.
✔️Make sure you are breathing through the movement and not holding your breath.
⚠️Change to a position you CAN control the coning until you are ready for a more challenging position after your core strength improves and/or tissues heal. This may be decreasing your back swing. It may be bending knees instead or using a band with hanging knee raises.
