LAXFIT training brings the best of both training worlds to its boys lacrosse players. The first 45 minutes of each session will be with legendary Speed & Strength Coach Val Barnaby (Rutgers University). After a quick break, players pick up their sticks, put on their helmets and gloves to crush dodging and shooting drills with Dave Cormack (Monmouth University) & Steve Carcaterra (Towson University). If you are looking to increase your speed & strength as well as be the dodging and shooting threat you always wanted to be, then LAXFIT is for you!
