Say I unretired from college coaching and wanted to get back into it, whose staff would I want to join? I love what I’m doing now on the media side of things. But this is a solid hypothetical, so here are two programs come to mind right away. Number 1 is Washington. Kalen DeBoer is building a great program in Washington — the attention to detail there is second to none & that atmosphere is electric. Number 2 is Florida State. Mike Norvell is known for being a a great developer of both player talent and coaching talent. The program he’s building at FSU is impressive. #cfb #collegefootball
