At the time, she was looking to break from her 9-5 job and the role's shift work arrangements caught her interest. "Every shift can be different. You could have a day working in the equipment issue office, a court shift, or in the attendance office," Breanna says. What she didn't anticipate was the personal development that she's drawn from the role. “I have learnt a lot more than I thought as a PCO and grown as a person for the better to further my career.
