As most first-year students do, Isabella Giner and Katie Spencer hung photos on their dorm walls, but they also found a different common ground — realty. The two then-freshmen agreed to obtain real estate licenses by the end of the year. Giner, a fourth-year corporate innovation and entrepreneurship major, and Spencer, a fourth-year finance major, now cobroke under Giner Realty NYC. “I started taking (an) online class to become a realtor over the summer. We got to talking and (Spencer) was interested as well,” Giner said. “We decided to make it a goal by the end of our freshman year to get licensed and the following summer we started doing rental deals.” To see more about their story, check out the link in our bio. 📰: katgar920 📊: beaxelson 📸: tylermantzphoto #pennstate #realty #students #pennstatestudents #newyorkcity #newyorkcityrealty
