Norma made landfall along Mexico’s Baja California coast as a Category 1 hurricane late Saturday night, bringing large waves, flooding and high winds to a region that includes Cabo San Lucas. Norma has since weakened to a tropical depression and is expected to dissipate later Monday or Monday night after making a second landfall along the west coast of mainland Mexico.
