Friends know Vince as the guy they can always talk to, the level-headed one. But what people may not know is that Vince struggled with his own internal intrusive thoughts and feelings as he was raised in a first-generation household where feelings weren't often expressed. He lives with the generational trauma of many families that immigrate to America for a new beginning. This trauma, internalized, was the reason for Vince's struggle with depression and anxiety.
