I was the only reporter in court this morning to see yet another one of Donald Trump’s former attorneys cut a plea deal with the Fulton County DA. This time it was far-right attorney Jenna Ellis who admitted to helping Rudy Giuliani lie to Georgia lawmakers after Trump’s 2020 election loss. Ellis and Giuliani met with Georgia lawmakers three times to spread conspiracy theories and lies that the election was stolen.
