Our thinnest self is not our best self. And striving for our thinnest self will only lead to disordered habits (and likely more weight GAIN from weight cycling😬)
So it’s important to unravel the belief that only thin people are healthy. If this was true, every thin person would be free of health issues and every larger person would be sick, which just isn’t the case!!!
