Oookay before I start tbh I eyeballed all these ingredients pls don’t yell at me🫶🏻
Dark chocolate: I LOOVEEE dark chocolate especially during *that time of month to help soothe my cramps. Go ahead and melt some up with a bit of coconut oil:)
Molasses: this is KEY to getting that gingerbread taste so make sure to mix some in after your chocolate has melted
Add some ground ginger, cinnamon, & salt: I added about 1 tsp of each
Nut butter: we love some healthy fats + a lil more protein to keep us satiated
I have loved adding nocow ‘s frosted gingerbread protein bar: not only does it give you that extra protein boost but it adds a bit of texture to the bark which is always fun hehe (and it keeps the bark low sugar because nocow only has 1g of sugar!!)
Add some crushed almonds, stick it in the fridge and BOOM you’re done!!🤍🍫
