Through a fruitful partnership with Central Piedmont Community College, this Platoon consisted of ten detention officers from MCSO who successfully transitioned into deputy positions, alongside four fresh recruits. Over the course of a challenging eighteen-week training program, our MCSO staff underwent a comprehensive array of essential exercises, physical training, ethics training, and more, all aimed at preparing them for the demanding tasks of law enforcement.
